James Morrison began hairdressing over 35 years ago in Glasgow, Scotland. After joining TONI&GUY® at 19 years old, he realized a lifelong dream and moved to America to help Bruno Mascolo start up TONI&GUY®/TIGI® USA. Morrison has enjoyed many facets of the beauty industry, including hairdressing and motivational speaking.

Owner of Jackson Ruiz Salon based in Austin, TX, Allen Ruiz is an Aveda Global Guest Artist, show lead for New York Fashion Week, editorial stylist and Aveda Purefessional™. He is a passionate, award-winning stylist who has honed his skill and talent in every facet of the beauty industry. Today, Allen has gained global respect as both an artist and inspirational educator in the hairdressing industry.

Celebrity hair stylist, Tippi Shorter, prides herself on creating big, sexy, healthy hair. She has become the go-to person for everything related to beauty in the entertainment industry. Shorter's hairstyles have topped the shoulders of icons like Alicia Keys, Beyoncé, Iman, Rihanna and Lady Gaga.

Ian is well known and respected within the industry for his innovative coloring techniques, not to mention his wry sense of humor and collection of tattoos. His platform work has included Aveda Congress, Salon International and Haircolor USA where he received, along with the Aveda Team, the award for ‘Most Inspirational Education’ in 2002. In 2007, Harper's Bazaar voted Ian one of the six best colorists in the UK.
